  Restaurant très bon mais quelle attente … Trop de monde aux ascenseurs, nous avions une réservation mais nous ne sommes pas prioritaires Repas réservé à 13h30 on s’est assis à 14h15… on avait faim 😋

  日本から予約しました。 集合場所がなかなか分からず、ようやく看板を見つけられました。 私はフランス語も英語もわかりませんが、ガイドさんがなんとか対応してくれ、日本語オーディオガイドを聞きながらエッフェル塔を楽しむ事ができました。 ガイドさんに感謝です。

  Wir hatten die Tickets für Dienstag 20.10. 2026 gekauft und ja, wir wussten das es eigentlich nicht zu stornieren geht. Nachdem aber am Samstag und Sonntag erhebliche Ausschreitungen in Paris waren und es ab Montag sogar eine weltweite Reisewarnung dorthin gab, wollten wir nicht mit unserem 3 Monate alten Baby dorthin fahren. Wir haben auf Kulanz aufgrund der unklaren Situation gehofft und um Umbuchung gebeten (wir hatten angeboten sogar für die Umbuchung extra zu zahlen!). Leider wurde alles abgewiesen, wir bleiben auf dem vollen Betrag sitzen. Wir suchen uns für unser neues Datum im April einen neuen Anbieter. 2 Sterne weil der Tiquets Chat sehr freundlich war.

  Chloe war ein sehr guter Guide. Wir wurden bis zum zweiten Stock begleitet und haben vorab viele interessante Informationen bekommen. Allerdings auch nicht zu viele. Es war eine gute Mischung. Danke.

  Teurer, als direkt gekauft, dafür kommt man schneller auf den Turm und überhaupt noch - wenn man, so wie wir, kurzfristig bucht.

  De tour was op zich prima, maar wij hebben 91,- pp betaald en dan zie ik vervolgens op het ticket dat de toegang incl top in totaal 36,70 kost…. Dan vind ik 54,- pp om met gids naar boven te gaan echt belachelijk!
