2026-10-24My train was cancelled due to a major storm and you were totally inflexible in dealing with the situation. Would not offer a reasonable option to move the ticket to another date. When I phoned Kew direct they said they would have been more than happy to deal with the situation had I bought my tickets direct. Buyer beware!

2026-10-23Was very disappointed that Kew Palace, the great Pagoda, Queen Charlotte’s cottage, the ice house, water lily house and the royal kitchens and board walk closed. Most of it closed! Hardly saw anything!!! Would like a refund please.

2026-10-22The gardens were as amazing as ever, especially in their autumn colours. But the Henry Moore sculptures were out of this world. They seemed to have been there forever and were hugely inspiring. It will feel quite a loss when they go.

2026-10-19Angeblich braucht man kein Pass unter 5 jahren, dabei sind viele SehenswĂĽrdigkeiten, bei denen man trotzdem ein Ticket braucht!
