  Hola. La verdad quenno fue buena experiencia. El guia no era total español, se molestaba cuando le preguntábamos no sabia palabras mezclaba italiano ingles para contestar. No explico nada en pisa y florencia era arréglate si no entendes la aplicacion. Realmente muy cara para lo q ofrecieron. Slds

  Very disappointed. I arrived 45 minutes early. I never found the guide. I called the number of Amigo Tours and only got a recording. I emailed several times, describing where I was waiting and asking for a phone call. Inever got the call. Later got a message, saying they were leaving with a picture of the train station, just down the street. The cab driver, took me to the bus station. Had I received the phone call as requested, I would have had the information I needed.
