Il n’y a pas eu de guide comme prévu. Un remboursement partiel est prévu. L’audio-guide diffusé par l’accompagnatrice n’a pas fonctionné donc nous avons fini par le télécharger sur notre téléphone. C’est dommage que je suis certaine que l’accompagnatrice (très sympathique) aurait été en capacité de nous faire la visite au pied levé. Accès coupe-file à la Basilique comme prévu et accès aux terrasses comme indiqué. Le retable Pala d’Oro n’est montré que durant les fêtes donc impossible de le voir et c’est bien dommage…

The local agent canceled the guide too late to get another company tour. We did get access to the Basilica, but no tour and no access to the extra areas that we paid for. At some point we will get an unknown partial refund. I would use someone else next time. We ended up with a 12 Euro value.
