Pompeii & Sorrento: Day Trip from Rome + Lunch + Limoncello Tasting

Muito bom o passeio! E o Giovanni é bem prestativo e atencioso com os turistas, foi acima de nossas expectativas

Nous avons eu toutes les peines du monde à convaincre la guide que nous avions bel et bien réservé et payé car malgré nos preuves sur notre portable du paiement effectué et comme ils avaient t omis d inscrire nos 3 noms sur SA liste , elle ne voulait rien entendre.Nous sommes en fin de compte partis pour la visite réservée en français et faite en espagnol. ..au pas de course .... Sorrento n est même pas commenté la visite et dégustation d alcool local se fait en 10mm et l on est poussé vers les caisses puis un arrêt d une demi-heure pour manger un repas médiocre et faire la seule visite de la journée à Pompei où l humour du nouveau guide dédié à ce lieu ne suffit pas à contrebalancer l extrême rapidité d une visite au pas de charge.Cependant la vue sur la Côte amalfitaine est de toute beauté.

Misrepresented experience... Advert suggests max 16 passengers.. reality - 100+ passengers in 2 full sized coaches; which take forever to organise and as a result you spend half the day waiting for others. Advert also suggests 2 hours in pompeii site. The guide on the coach suggested 1.5 hours - then actually REDUCED THAT to little over an hour due to their incompetence in managing such a large group of tourists, issuing headsets, sorting them out etc. Time on site was less than 70 minutes. Lunch at an Italian restaurant was basically a high school canteen experience. My table of 4 were provided pre ordered meals over a 45 minute period so we could not eat together, and it was impossible to order an extra drink beyond the one included drink as the staff were run ragged trying to provide basic service to 100+ passengers. Very poor experience!

We travelled with Jeovanni Who took good care of us and of the others. Nice instrucions from a nice person. We are older People Dutch People and he offert help where needed. The best guide so far in our long life. The trip was posible even for People over 65. Not easy but well posible. So do not wait. Thanks Jeovanni.
