Treetops Adventure The Hills: Junior Ropes Course

I did not enjoy the experience, my grandchildren did. Directions and signs were terrible, either no signs or the signs were often pointing in the wrong direction. The walk was too long for grandparents. My credit card charged me $2.66 for an international transfer fee on the payment of $76, there is no mention of that on your payment page. Treetops and I are in AUSTRALIA, there should be no international transfer fee. I could not complete a paper waiver and took a long time online, it is a very confusing layout. Not enough staff at 'Reception' for school holidays, with only one person the wait to check in was unacceptable.. An absolute nightmare to organise a trip to Treetops Hills.
