London: Sightseeing Cruise Flexible Ticket

The ride started off great but towards the middle I recieve such a hostile interaction with the tour guide. He kept sending micro aggressions and telling our children "they are too loud and should keep the noise down" I feel offended and disgusted that after spending Almost £100.00 as a birthday gift to 3 of out family members, I've been made to feel unwelcome. This is not my first boat Ride, it is my 6th one and I've never recieve this kind of treatment. As an individual who is always respectful I was surprised and left speechless when we were excited the boat and again the comment and micro aggression of "next time keep the noise down". I was gobsmacked, will never be taking this cruise company ever again. In future reference we will be hiring out a private boat to avoid bullying. I will be taking this further and I hope your employees are taught better about the Equality Act of 2010. I am still shaken by all that was said to us and the kids also said they hater the experience an Denver want to go on a guided cruise tour again due to the comments that were made. Not happy about this, Do better, it's 2026..

Very relaxing and enjoyable. Maybe a bit too short from Westminster to tower pier. Commentary very good and funny.
