St. Mark's Basilica: Skip The Line Ticket + Guided Tour

Dear Tiqets Customer Support, I am writing regarding my booking for St. Mark's Basilica: Express Guided Tour (Cathedral Only). When I purchased the tickets, the ticket information clearly stated that the ticket type included “English Tour - Ticket + Terrace Access”. However, during our visit we were informed that access to the Terrace was not available, as it has been closed for some time due to renovation works. We were not notified in advance about this change, and as a result, we paid for a service that we did not receive. This was disappointing, especially since Terrace Access was part of the ticket description at the time of purchase. For this reason, I would like to request a refund for the unavailable Terrace Access, or a partial refund reflecting the service that was not provided. Please find the relevant ticket screenshot attached for your reference. Thank you in advance for your assistance. I look forward to your response. Kind regards, [Your Name] [Booking reference / Order number]

Tutto perfetto
