Set off from Naples to explore Pompeii and Vesuvius with skip-the-line access!
My tour time was 10:10am, pick up location 45 Via Cristoforo Colombo, 80133, Naples. I arrived at the pick up location at 9:25am and waited until 10:10am. No tour operator came to the pick up location during the time I was there. I did not visit Pompeii and Vesuvius. I am demanding a refund on the payment made for reference ID # 1318895094. Looking forward to a timely refund of my money.
Le départ fut chaotique = en effet nous sommes arrivées 30 minutes avant mais le point de rencontre n'existait pas. Personne n'était capable de nous renseigner, nous avons failli rater le transport et le premier chauffeur ne parlait pas un mot d'anglais, ni de français il était aussi perdu que nous et du coup antipathique. Impossible de joindre qui que ce soit aucun numéro de téléphone, compagnie non notée suite à la réservation et le chat ne sert à rien, pas de réponse...Mais la suite fut superbe, monter le Vésuve, visiter Pompéi super.
The tour was very good and well organized except for coming back to the port one hour later than it was scheduled and we were almost late to the ship. Our son was 30 minutes late to pick up his daughter from theday care center on the ship.
