Visit the volcano and explore the Pompeii excavations
We turned up for our tour at the time and place instructed to be told that it was cancelled. No e-mail to pre-warn. Really disappointed as we really wanted a guided tour of Pompeii. No guided tours were available that we could book instead. Nobody seemed to really care or be bothered. We did go in but it spoilt the once in lifetime experience.
Impossible de se garer, nous sommes arriver quelques minutes en retard, nous avons du faire la visite seul car le guide ne pouvait pas nous attendre, pour que finallement le groupe soit dernière nous au moment des visites dans Pompei ( nous étions en retard donc OK ) Ensuite rdv a 12h20 pour le bus direction de Vesuve, nous n avons pas eu le meme bus que les autres et nous n avons surtout pas eu de guide pour monter au Vesuve Heureusement que la nature était incroyable mais honteux de payer ce prix quand qur notre ticket d'entrée au Vesuve était écrit 11euros pour le faire seul Pourriez vous me faire me créditer un geste commercial sur cette journée a plus de 160euros pour avoir fait ces 2 visites sans guide ! The tour itself was good but the organisation was not. First they brought the trip time forward two hours, then they didn't have my name on the list schedule for the onward tour to vesuvius so I had to wait an hour for the next trip. I also felt the pompeii tour was rushed to ensure we got that onward bus.

When we turned up at the kiosk we were told our tour was cancelled and that I should have got an email. There was no email. And yes I checked my spam folder! When challenged a man on a computer next door confirmed it was”on its way”. I still haven’t got it so will no doubt have to chase for my £200 refund! Avoid this company. Book your tickets direct to avoid disappointment.
It was nice but the guides English wasn’t the best and the tour was on a rush. At Vesuvius there was no guide at all.
