Nous avons réservé 15 jours avant mais le kour de la visite bous avion reçu un mail qui dit qu'il n'y a plus de place le jour de notre visite et de la reporter à la semaine d'après alors que étions en vacances et que notre départ etait le lendemain donc très déçu et en attente de remboursement

Le lieu de rendez vous du matin n'est pas bien clair. Il faut bien se rendre à la station de métro castro pretorio et non sur le lien de l'itinéraire indiqué sur la réservation. De plus nous avons attendu, cherché, le chauffeur étant arrivé a 8h au lieu de 7h30, sans pancarte, comme normalement indiqué sur la réservation. Gros coup de stress !! De plus, aucun contact sur le mail de réservation. Heureusement la suite de la journée s'est bien passée !!

The tour itself was fine, the guide was knowledgeable and friendly. But, we had to help someone a lot who was trying to walk with a walker. The ground is too uneven for people who have problems walking. In the morning there was no one at the meeting point with a sign like they said there would be. We almost didn’t get the lunch because we were rushed back onto the bus. We arrived back to Rome 2 hours ahead of the time shown. I don’t know why we were rushed back to Rome. We had shopped a little waiting for the tour to start in Pompei, but waited to buy until afterwards and the prices were no longer what had been quoted. There are morning and afternoon prices, apparently. The drive to Pompei took 3 hours, but the drive back was only 2 hours. The morning driver stopped to let people use a bathroom, but only gave us 10 minutes so that still doesn’t make sense to me as to why it took longer to get there. It felt very unorganized.

La guía Patricia ha sido muy buena, nos han gustado sus explicaciones. La unica pega, ha sido que nos dieron 40 min para comer y tardaron en traernos la comida, quedandonos con solo 20 minutos para comer, no pudimos ver las tiendas de los alrededores.
Bus drivers don't speak on the trip down or back other than to tell you when there is a break. 2 hours in pompeii itself which is not long enough, but most tours from Rome only give a couple of hours there. Food was included and perfectly fine. Tour guide at pompeii was good and informative. For a quick trip it was fine.
